1. Definitions

• "BizInvoice", "we", "our", or "us" — refers to BizInvoice and its operators.
• "User", "you", or "your" — refers to any individual or business using our Services.
• "Account" — a registered user account on BizInvoice.
• "Content" — any data, invoices, products, customer info, reports, or records created through the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use BizInvoice, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide valid information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Subscription & Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Pricing may be updated at any time with reasonable notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or restriction of services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BizInvoice for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the software.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Use the service to commit fraud or violate applicable laws.

6. User Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data. By using our Services, you grant us permission to store and process your data to provide services, generate reports, and create backups. We do not claim ownership of your business information.

7. Data Accuracy

BizInvoice provides tools for invoice generation, inventory management, GST calculations, and reporting. You are solely responsible for verifying financial records, GST calculations, inventory records, and complying with applicable tax laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party interruptions, or events beyond our control.

9. Third-Party Services

BizInvoice may integrate with Payment Gateways, SMS Providers, WhatsApp Messaging, Email Service Providers, and Cloud Hosting Providers. Your use of these services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in BizInvoice — including software, design, logos, branding, content, and features — remain the exclusive property of BizInvoice and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizInvoice shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or business opportunities, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BizInvoice, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, threatening platform security, or non-payment of subscriptions. Upon termination, access to certain data and services may be restricted.

14. Privacy

Your use of BizInvoice is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify features, add new functionality, discontinue services, or update pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of BizInvoice after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
